Our Classes

Lower Intensity

Our most accessible classes, focusing on slower poses to calm your body and mind.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga explores yoga asana (postures) with the assistance of a chair. Utilize the prop of a chair to find movement, breath work, and a supported yoga class.

Gentle Vinyasa

Gentle Vinyasa explores breath to movement, “flowing” from asana (postures) to asana. Gentle will have a comfortable room temperature, lower intensity, and incorporate “feel good” movement.

Yin

Yin explores asanas (postures) through extended holds and deep stretches to work into the myofascial system of the body.

Restorative

Restorative explores asanas (postures) through complete relaxation and support. The goal is for the body to do as little work as possible and rather to let the earth and props do the work.

Medium Intensity

These classes begin to introduce more challenging postures and longer holds, building up a sweat.

Foundational Hatha + Pranayama

Foundational Hathta + Pranayama explores the asanas (postures) for multiple rounds of breath, focusing on alignment and internal experience. This class explores different Pranayama (breath practice). Foundational classes have a comfortable room temperature, explicit instruction, and an accessible pace.

Community Vinyasa

Community Vinyasa explores breath to movement, “flowing” from asana (postures) to asana. This class is geared to those in the community who may be in need of a yoga class but are unable to commit to the financial commitment of a membership. If you are a member attending this class, we encourage you to bring a friend.

Vinyasa + Yin

Vinyasa + Yin starts with a breath to movement Vinyasa then followed up with longer static holds and deep stretches common in Yin classes.

Foundational Vinyasa

Foundation Vinyasa is a beginner-friendly way of exploring breath to movement, “flowing” from asana (postures) to asana.

Specialty Classes

Our specialty classes go just beyond what you would find in a typical class and create a new relationship with the word “yoga”. Our specialty classes are $20 or buy 4, get 1 free (must purchase all together).

FeetUp Yoga

FeetUp Yoga brings the FeetUp prop into a class setting to make inversions more accessible, even for those who have never been upside down before. Lisa will skillfully lead you through preparation and priming to get your head upside down!

In The Flow

In The Flow artfully combines music, yoga, and breath. Students will move to the beat of the music and get out of their heads. We call this yoga for yogis - a foundation in and understanding of yoga asana is extremely helpful for this class.

Workshops

Workshops are an opportunity to dive in to more than movement! You will learn and deepen your yoga practice with our workshops.
